1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the BuBiMath app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the app. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. License to Use
BuBiMath grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the application on your mobile device strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You are not allowed to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the application or any part of it.
- Attempt to extract the source code of the app.
- Translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions.
3. In-App Purchases (Premium)
BuBiMath offers optional "Premium" in-app purchases that provide benefits such as an ad-free experience and unlimited hints. These transactions are securely processed by Google Play (and managed via RevenueCat).
- Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Refund requests and payment disputes are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policies.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including puzzles, graphics, logos, and UI designs within the app, belong to BuBiMath. You may not use these assets for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. While we strive to ensure the app functions perfectly, BuBiMath does not guarantee that the app will always be safe, secure, or error-free, or that it will function without interruptions or delays.
6. Limitation of Liability
BuBiMath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to data loss or device issues.
7. Target Audience
As outlined in our Privacy Policy, BuBiMath is a logic and mathematics puzzle game intended for users aged 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area) and older. It is not directed at children under these ages.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
